Common Issues & Solutions

Upload Problems
  • File not uploading? Check that your file is a supported format: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, TIFF, MP4, AVI, MOV, WebM, MP3, WAV, M4A, or PDF.
  • Upload seems stuck? Large files (especially videos) take time. Check your internet connection and try a smaller file first.
  • Error message? Note the exact message and contact us with details.
Login Issues
  • No magic link email? Check your spam/junk folder. Add [email protected] to your contacts.
  • Link expired? Magic links are valid for 15 minutes. Request a new one from the login page.
  • Wrong email? Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with.
Audio Recording Problems
  • Microphone not working? When your browser asks for permission, click "Allow". You may need to refresh the page after.
  • No sound in recording? Check that the correct microphone is selected in your browser settings.
  • Alternative: You can always upload a pre-recorded audio file (MP3, WAV, M4A) instead of recording live.
Sharing & Microsite
  • Microsite not visible? Check that sharing is enabled in your dashboard.
  • Family can't access? Make sure they have the correct link and know the security question answers.
